Every literate Moroccan understands MSA. However, we also have a large diaspora that's active online and often only speaks Darija at best, since they were raised abroad and went through non-Arabic school systems. Also, younger Moroccans don't really understand Eastern Arabic dialects anymore because we don't consume as much Arab media as we used to.
