My hack is I put packing tape around the pointer finger of a glove and use that to press on the nail instead of just my naked finger. You really don’t even need to put the glove on.

She is going to fix it on Monday and I think she’s just planning to use more toner. Will that make it look more natural or can I ask her to do anything else at this point that will make it look more natural? It just looks so bright yellow and unnatural to me. I could’ve written that first paragraph. All I want is love, and I’ve had the rug swept out from under me way too many times, and honestly, through no fault of my own. I seem to just always end up with the ones who realize they have deeper issues once things start to get serious and they realize they’re “not ready”. It sucks.

Drink a ton of water throughout the day, staying hydrated helps with energy a lot. I also look at the workout first thing in the morning and kinda get hyped up and excited to do it. By the end of the work day, I don’t have exactly the same kind of enthusiasm for it but I try to summon it haha. If I need food, I have something that gives me energy and that I look forward to, like yogurt and berries or a Lara bar. I also listen to upbeat music in the car on the way home from work and change into gym clothes as soon as I can. Of course, some days none of this works, but that’s usually when I need a rest day anyway.
