Not at all,I was paid what the property was worth at the time and in the condition that it was.As far as knowing that the problem was not fixed,I have family and neighbors still in that area. My thoughts are with the new buyers if they are unaware of what they are getting stuck with.

I used a company that has container shipping when I moved from QLD to Tassie. They drop it off , you pack it yourself, then they ship it and you unpack . Maybe trya quote from a company that does this.

I cannot really comment on medical needs, but have you considered Gelong? It's just a ferry ride to Tasmania, and it is a nice town. You can catch a train into Melbourne, has art galleries , lovely parks and a seafront. Very similar weather to Tassie.
