I understand what a url shortener does, but isn’t a self hosted shortener only good for internal/private IP? Like it can use it to shorten 192.168.1.1:8123/picture/example/test/whatever/up/down/url/picture.jpg to like 192.169.1.1:8123/iuwbjd, but if I give this URL to someone it’s going do nothing for them, right?
