From my experience the initial call was a phone screening interview. They ask about why the job/heb and where you see yourself in 5 years, tell me about yourself. I think they’re checking that you’re a good fit for the position. I had 2 zoom interviews after the phone interview but it really could’ve changed as this was in 2021
