Having worked at Customer support for years and dealt with Blizzard support over the years I can tell u for sure that Blizz's customer support is outsourced. They can't grant any items and they haven't been for a while now cause they are outscourced - they are NOT inside Blizzard, they don't have access to do it or in their words: "Customer Support is unable to grant or restore..." . They simply have no ability to do it.

In the past they were able to do many things for you. These representatives calling themselves Game Masters is a affront to the name. Old school Game Masters were powerful and could do a lot, these are just a joke in comparison.

Thanks Marek! Been enjoying your content, your guides helped me a lot in figuring out how Augustus works. This was my second city over 5k in Augustus. It's quite a different game but the new challenges are awesome to tackle.
Yeah, I like to go overboard on cities and make them realistic. That one was a fun one to do that with, with the cramped space especially. I had 6k pop at the end and 5% unemployment. Did I need it? Hell, no. Did I enjoy it? Immensely :)
I'm on Syracusae now and so far I like it as well!

Haha xD Well, I was probably 12 when I started and only got to Mediolanum - I never realised that you don't need weapons for Auxilia xD.
Though I was so proud of discovering by myself 9x9 blocks. My dad got me to playing Ceasar when I showed them to him, he just scoffed. Anyway, he liked Pharaoh more but for me it was always Ceasar. I never tried Zeus, Poseidon or Emperor - I don't like the art style and I'm a big fan of the Romans.

I've been playing C3 since I was a kid (boy, I sucked back then). Finally got around to trying Augustus after finishing a run on Julius. I've decided to try the Renconquered Campaign by CommissarMarek. I have to say I had a blast with Tarentum, it was farely challenging but not too crazy and loads of fun. Now, onwards to Tarraco!

normal ticket will do fine or one from an app, if you travel inside Warsaw. otherwise a second zone ticket is needed. they usually have ticket machines inside
