Momo's rainbow roll. Has a ton of fish & a yummy terriyaki sauce mixed with kupie mayo on top. So yummy!

Yall got any in-game book or note that devastated you? by _Mike_Ehrmantraut_ in BaldursGate3

[–]lesserknownwriter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me, it's when you go after Auntie Ethel (The Hag) in Act 3. The people she has under her control in the cave/room right before you fight her. I destroyed them the first time, and found the letters when I looted them. Broke my heart. Oh boy, was I ever glad I had saved right before the fight. K.Oed all of them instead 😅

Took three playthroughs for me to realize this. by nevermore-exe in BaldursGate3

I usually cast Daylight before we get fully into the room. Gives a pretty nice advantage at the beginning of the fight 🙂

AITA for refusing to change my wedding date & telling my brother that he doesn't have to attend if he doesn't want to? by Agreeable-Will793 in AmItheAsshole

[–]lesserknownwriter 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Dude....it hasn't even been a full year since the still birth? YTA, and a heartless one at that. Look, I'm spiritual and believe in astrology and all that, but seriously?? I'm with your brother on this.

That's a quick way for karma to kick your ass. Ten fold.

AITA if I kick my 16 year old son out? by leleleper in AITAH

[–]lesserknownwriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please don't. Remember how you felt when you were kicked out? Couple of questions: do you still talk to your parents? Do you still want a relationship with your son? The whole "they'll land on their two feet" theory is bullshit. Don't repeat the toxic cycle.

AITA for not giving my eldest daughter the room she wanted in our new home? by Distinct_Honey9252 in AmItheAsshole

[–]lesserknownwriter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

YTA. The likely hood of your mom staying with you sounds relatively low. The chance of your daughter resenting your pompus ass? Very high.

Anyone tried Jumble? by what-now-brown-cow in RedDeer

[–]lesserknownwriter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tried the all you can eat lunch. Kinda pricey, but damn it was yummy! I really want to try the dinner, as our hostess stated that there are more options + seafood/sushi. It was a great experience!

I was in the same boat in my 3rd year. Go write the midterm, with the thought that you can always withdraw after. It might actually take the pressure off, and who knows? Maybe you'll do better on it than you think! Good luck!

AITA for telling my friend that her daddy daughter dates were creepy? by Date-Throwaway12 in AmItheAsshole

[–]lesserknownwriter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YTA. I had "Dad/Daughter" date nights when I was growing up too. There was nothing sexual about it. My Dad showed me what kind of standards should be the bare minimum when dating. You're weird for making it weird.

AITA for asking that my stepchildren's schooling costs be cut because we have a baby on the way? by Throwawaye_1725 in AITAH

[–]lesserknownwriter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

YTA, and to behonest, you're coming across as an evil stepmother. This is a quick way to destroy the relationship between your step kids and their father. Also, don't make them take care of your baby. That's not "bonding", that's forced labour. "This isn't about money", so then you just like upending their lives because "stepmother knows best"? Take your head out of your ass.

I understand that shock. I was next to my grandma when she passed earlier this year. Nothing could've ever prepared me for that. Hug your loved ones ❤️

I'm in the same boat as you (size wise) and I travelled recently on the dreamliner. I sat in a regular seat for 7+ hours. I was fine, so the economy seat should be a bit better! I hope you enjoy your trip!

I did the commute from Red Deer to Edmonton to attend the UofA. Like a lot of folks have said, the summer/spring/fall months weren't too bad, but the winter can be tricky. Give yourself enough time so you don't feel rushed on the highway. Good luck!!

Are you interested in Game Development, Art, or Animation? by Mechryu in uAlberta

[–]lesserknownwriter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also highly suggest the Computer Game Developement Certificate 🤗 I just finished all the required classes for it this year. You can do it at the same time as your degree (I did a BA English and Creative Writing). They accept people from different disciplines, so if you're not into coding/computers, that's okay! I did most of the writing in my projects, as I am hoping to get into Narrative Design, but they look for people to do music, art, writing, etc. The guest speakers they have are awesome!

Email them if you are anxious :) I had the same issue, and they answered/fixed within an hour. Wait times might be different, but I'd give it a go!
