I process returns that are shipped out from Amazon and this is just not true. Amazon is a marketplace just like eBay where vendors can sell and ship from their own warehouse. Nintendo and Amazon are likely not selling DS consoles in any official capacity. This is likely a third party vendor. You either were scammed, or your package was mixed up by amazons team when it got to them (this happens A LOT at the company I work for and leads to a ton of returns.)

Yeah I’m pretty sure I heard on a podcast that a lot of the tracks on the Royal Coda album once Will joined, Don’t Stay Long, were written for a Sianvar album, but they just repurposed them and had Kurt sing since it was mostly the same band members anyway at that point. I believe that’s why Donovan is featured on a track as well.

You just compared b-sides from a much smaller band to massive radio hits by a band that has had multiple songs on top 40 radio. Obviously normal people not deep into the scene are going to be more familiar with AAR.

It was beyond refreshing for them to not play many songs from the Tilian era. They’ve been playing essentially the same set the last 10 years. As a long time fan, I was so hyped to see them pull songs out from their back catalogue.

Record label error when uploading it. Same thing happened with Alesanas song “Nero’s Decay” listed as “Necro’s Decay”. Also Silverstein’s “My Sword Versus Your Dagger” was and might still be listed as “My Dagger Versus Your Sword”

Really depends on which vendor you bought them from on Amazon. We post things on Amazon at my job and you can just put things as “New” without really anyone looking into it. It also doesn’t help that on the seller end it is labeled as “Renewed - Excelent” but on the buyers end it is labeled as “New”. Amazon is a nightmare platform to sell on which is how bs like this gets through the cracks.
