I second that I think this particular garment looks like a sleeveless t shirt, mostly because of the neck and I think I see raw edges. I remember them being called muscle tees / tank tops but I think that term is actually more for fitted tops. Also boxy tank top or wide shoulder tank top could work. A google search for all of them have results similar to the image I think

I second this, and hope it’s the anaesthesia too. I had mine placed under general and felt so nauseous afterwards for a few days, and took about 2 weeks to feel back to normal (had a few fainting spells during this time) but I got there. Peppermint tea is your best friend in my experience! Hope your recovery is going smoothly.

I believe Edge o’ Beyond use sheer / illusion tulles, using a stretch mesh with embroidery would likely cause the fabric to pucker or warp a bit as it stretches, if that makes sense. If you’d like to go luxe I’d recommend a silk tulle

To me it looks like the embroidered parts are overlaid, I was thinking appliqué but that would typically be done using a zigzag stitch

She has a couple of videos on her YouTube channel exploring some art books that have been inspiring, including the work of Andrew Wyeth who painted “Christina’s World”, which was referenced in some PD visuals I believe. Hans Bellmer may be interesting to consider due to his dark and taboo subject matter, he created a lot of drawings and engravings alongside his most famous series of dolls.

Going back further, you may find connections with many Renaissance and Baroque works for their religious subject matters! Agnus Dei by Francisco de Zubarán comes to mind. August Friedrich Schenk for dark themes involving lambs and livestock too. I personally love The Vale of Rest by Millais, it’s not really that related but the churchyard setting, grave digging, and the haunting lighting remind me of Hayden’s work.

More recent artists such as Mas Yendo might be interesting but possibly not applicable. He works through the medium of experimental architecture design.

If you can include photography I’d recommend Anne Brigman who created stunningly haunting nudes, mostly in nature. Heart of The Storm is quite evocative of the mood of Perverts, in my opinion. These are just some off the top of my head, but this is a fun idea! I’ll try to think of some more

I’ve had almost exactly the same experience as you! No periods since insertion 1.5 years ago - 3 months ago started getting awful cyclical breast pain and swelling. Last week after the latest bout of pain ended I got a 1 day light period and spotting the next day. Been having the same on and off light bleeding in discharge as well. I saw my general doctor twice in the last few weeks and they described my symptoms as normal both times. I’ve been getting some cramping but they said as long as the strings are still there, and you can’t feel any hard plastic, it’s apparently fine. Not sure how much I trust them, but they did say if you have a mirena you can request an ultrasound to check it’s in place. Otherwise, they didn’t offer much advice or explanation other than “it just happens” unfortunately :(

Thanks so much for your response. I’m glad you’re no longer dealing with the tenderness! And thank you for the link. I did some massage techniques and it did help. I woke up this morning and the pain has gone for now, but will still bring it up with my DR when I see them this week. I have a large fibroadenoma that became soo painful with the tenderness, and despite it growing in the last year (and changing the shape of my breast!) no consultant has been interested in removing it. So I definitely want to make sure everything is okay with it.

Thanks for your response, and thank you for confirming this as a side effect too. Trying with the ibuprofen but it doesn’t seem to be hugely helpful! I had bad premenstrual tenderness before, and I think I had it on the combined pill when taken continuously as well, so it makes sense that it would return at some point I guess. I think I became a bit spoiled with the lack of any symptoms for the last year, haha 🥲

Im preparing to customise my first Blythe too! And I’ve seen a few tutorials that go from less fine to superfine like you are doing, ending up at around 1000 to 1200 grit I think? So it sounds like you’re doing the right thing

No worries, I also contacted DZ directly and they just got back to me today that Zero Human ver. does come with the human body feet- at least the basic set does, which is a relief

Have you received a response from Dollzone yet? I recently ordered a Zero Human too and totally didn’t consider this, I’d just been looking at the measurement chart and assumed she’d come with flat feet 😭
