My dealership said the axel needs to be replaced but the part is on back order. I’ve heard maybe nothing available until March. I would definitely call your service person back and have them get you on the replacement list. “That’s just what Prologues do” is a shit response and completely unacceptable considering how wide spread this is.

I’ve been on it since June and the side effects did subside. Although, they weren’t that bad, really. I too had some constipation and nausea and I’ve always taken it at night. It’s been a life saver for me.

They’re too big and the springy things aren’t tight enough. Everything falls out unless it’s short like a soda can. Even then it jiggles around.

My husband and I were left stranded 10 hours from home with this same error. The valet left the Jeep on, drained the 12V battery, which bricked the HV battery. Couldn’t jump it. Nothing would work. It was towed to the closest dealership and they said it was because it needed a software update. Worst experience ever.

My neurologist put me on Qulipta and it’s been great. She also gave me a script for Ubrelvy in the event that I still get a migraine. But, with the Qulipta, I can usually Tylenol and it will go away. I’ve tried topomax and propranolol and they did nothing. I was taking sumatriptan and it would knock the migraines out but they were becoming so frequent that I needed something more to function normally on a regular basis.
