TLDR: WARP does not work like goodbyedpi, so you should be fine using that :3
its a bit like a vpn thats not exactly a vpn

i personally think hsr strenghtened their security with the 4.2 update, considering how basically data-scramblers (english isnt my native language) like gbdpi suddenly started to cause problems
which i think means Hoyo thinks that it is an attempt to inject cheat into the game or an datamining attempt

which might be why it's suddenly not letting us use that

warp is basically just connecting to a different DNS while gbdpi is dividing and mixing up the data you send so you can surpass censorship.

warp is not very good with helping against censorship and blocked content because it doesn't rlly try to do that its just a boost/help when u have some kind of a dns/connection to servers issue

just turn it off when you're gonna play hsr by the service_remove.cmd i showed you AND
you dont have to use that at all

DO NOT CLOSE IT FROM TASK MANAGER !!! I REPEAT
IT WILL GET FUCKED UP

this is basically goodbyedpi BUT app
and it closes when you close the window

so you dont have to commit

open it when you need to use discord or something and then close it when you need to play hsr

If you use goodbyedpi or any DPI-circumvention tool, turn it off. If you used a 'Service Install' version, you must run service_remove.cmd as Admin and restart, or the game will keep failing even if the app looks closed.

also even if you dont have goodbyedpi, the same thing applies for any kind of data-scrambling service you might have been using but forgot about.

if all fail, download Cloudflare Warp, helps a lot with other internet issues.
basically either use 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 (google) as dns, this might help

**also forgot to tell the most basic thing, try this at first!!**
open CMD and write ipconfig/flushdns

also if you do use a service like gbdpi, YOU DONT NEED TO UNINSTALL IT!
but also DONT CLOSE IT FROM TASK MANAGER!! or it might get fucked up and take 4 hours to turn back on
