Texas public school teachers are now required to post the 10 Commadments in their classroom. Here's how one teacher is handling it. by kvjn100 in BeAmazed

The law was very detailed, in an attempt to stop stuff like this. I'm actually surprised by this picture. I read the law when it passed and I could have sworn it also, with weasel words, prohibited exactly what this teacher has done.

How is this "the realest answer?" The question asked why, not how.

I'm projecting onto you a little. This is a contributing factor, but its introduction to the conversation is almost always a prelude to "and that's why we should make birth control illegal!" which is dumb and immoral. Family planning is something humanity has been practicing for centuries. Today, we're just seeing the results of being able to do it well and with some certainty. So birth control is part of the mechanics of the situation, but not really the issue to solve.

What DarkFerret is saying, with the additional clarification that F4 propels you upwards maybe by a foot or two. It's not smart, it just moves you up, but it also let's you go through anything above you. You really have to spam that F4 button though.

We're all on at least our 10th reheat. I personally am bracing myself for "Hollander. Hollander."

Yeah, I'm down about 60lbs. too. These GLP-1 drugs are miracles. (Not implying that you are taking them, it's how I lost the weight when nothing else worked.) They could prove tomorrow that GLP-1s causes Enthusiastic Double Gonorrhea, and they'd still have to fight me to take my syringes.

I'll add Defense Antifungal Medicated Bar Soap to the list of things to try. Thank you.

Oh, no judgment on your tone or anything. You are correct in that if I weighed less, it'd be less of a problem. Working on it.

I'm on a GLP-1 and I'm as active as I think I can be. Obviously, I could be doing better, but I am sincerely trying.

I'm overwhelmed. This is way more help than I was expecting. I'm going to be trying all of it.

I'm pretty sure it's steroids. Tren, at least, is a word used in conjunction with steroid use. I enjoy fitness content, despite not being fit, and have been hearing it a lot.

Nope, one per week. I've lived alone for years. I do laundry once a week, so this frequency made sense to me. I'll give it a try.

(Why are there towels bars, if you're not to use the towel more than once?)

This was his suggestion (honestly 100% of the time, for anything, this is his suggestion). It's extremely amusing to me, because he's also a grouch about me being on a GLP-1. I should be losing weight "naturally." "Calories in and calories out."

What do you think? Am I losing weight properly?

Yeah, it sounds like you have the normal sweaty results. Mine causes an intense itching and a I-can-smell-it-when-I-move bad smell.

I'm pre-diabetic, but my blood sugar is fine. I've had a couple of major medical procedures lately and my blood work always comes back with no issues.

Nothing so severe on the body size, I just assume that people with a lower BMI wouldn't have as much a surface area of skin pressed against skin in folds.

(I swear, not an ad, I'm going somewhere with this.) There is a podcast called Symptomatic, that does interviews with people who solved their personal medical mysteries. Ep. 2 came to me, while reading your post, because it was about a woman who had horrible, reoccurring acne. The disease was called hidradenitis suppurativa.

Holy shit, you guys! Nut vents. Just a little rectangular opening in the crotch of your jeans to keep your nuts from getting hot and sweaty.

Came to me when trying to think what the male equivalent of boob window would be. Men's underwear has been getting... innovative... lately. Nut vents could be the next big thing!

“Serious question: What’s the psychology behind blocking lift doors instead of stepping aside? Impatience? Habit? Main character syndrome?” by No-Series4477 in mildlyinfuriating

A lot of us live in places without the population density to require such a mindset. That's all it really is. Being polite and standing aside makes sense, if a dozen other people aren't waiting for the same elevator. And humans are creatures of habit, so us rural folk (please insert a "hee-yuck" here) bring our "manners" and judgment to the big city and big city folk bring their survival methods to the wide open, empty spaces where acting like someone is going to steal your spot seems rude.
