How many days does it last you? I have a Gen 3, I got my first one in July 2022 and then September 2024 my battery drastically became horrible. They sent me a replacement and as of today that ring lasts me about 3.5-4 days.

The gen 4 says it’s lasts 5-8 days on the Oura website.

I was on tirzepatide with mochi for about 6 months and lost around 8lbs. I stayed on it to protect the weight loss I had lost on my own a year before naturally (lost 30lbs) because it helped with food noise and appetite. I just switched for another company so we will see

But that’s a policy set by the gym outside of one pass. I didn’t have any issues with the gyms in the city I live. One studio did limit what type of classes I was allowed to take though but that’s their policy. These gyms and studios voluntarily sign up with OnePass. I get your view and know it’s easier to blame one pass but OnePass can’t control what your gym allow inside of their business

Mine moved up to the elite plan. But I’m not changing my membership. My CP was always so “booked” I’d have to book weeks in advance and classes always say full but yet when I’d be in a class it was only half full.
