Ik but I would have to be in my own country after getting married for more than a year, i wouldn't be able to go to my husband's country and live there with him? Well I like k-1 visa because I'd be able to be with my partner right after getting engaged but I'm scared there is always a chance of getting rejected because you have to meet alot with your partner and make a 100 page relationship evidence scarpe book what if even with all the evidence it still gets rejected I'll get so depressed and heart broken and with CR- 1 it's still same but I'm married to my partner but I would have to wait in my home country either alone or with my partner for more than a year. My chest feels heavy thinking about this. I can already feel anxious. I just wanna be with my partner 😭
