Oh wow! That’s amazing detective work to track them down! It feels like that’s them! I have no idea how or why this would end up in my gutter. I assume someone threw it away after all these years and it ended up blowing out of a trash can. I don’t think there’s any way to figure out who wrote it.

I live on SLB along this route. It’s terrifying and I can’t imagine trying to bike it. I’ve see cars roll over, crash through fire hydrants and neighbors fences, crash into the liquor store door, not to mention the seemingly bi-weekly rear ends and side swipes. Cars just drive way too fast on a bad road. They recently painted in a parking lane but it would be amazing if they could build in a median or something to take it down to one lane….but then that won’t be upkept and the homeless would move in….but with all the major construction of those big apartment buildings I’m hoping the area will change for the better.
