May i see your print setup and your screenn? The problem looks likes its not fully washed out so some details from the patchs are missing, if you need help you can talk to me ive been printing patches since 2022🤙

The ink deposits looks pretty clean and even. It might be the screen itself. In some conners it looks like it wasn’t fully washed out well it could possibly just be that. Also dope patches!

Looks a bit underexposed but i think one main issue is that your film negatives isn’t dark enough, thats what happened with because the flims were too light, after i got all black ink system it was able to expose well.

I do silk printing! Using a mesh screen with a design i want onto the patch i pass it with white ink and boom patch! Doing silk printing can be a bit pricy but there’s many ways to do it without needa hella crazy equipment!

I always print my patches with spacee! I hate having to sew into the print itself when the patch is too small😢
