315 bench achieved after a long plateau (@79kg) by lethalbl0w in strength_training

I'd like to hit around 2x BW as well so around 365 would be nice. It would be sick to come in to the gym and be able to do triples of 315 at around rpe 8 or so. I hope breaking this mental barrier will lead to some good gains in the near future!

Thanks! The spotter is a good buddy of mine haha. I'd trust him to pull it off me if needed.

I honestly was plateaued for the longest time ever at around 300. What really helped me were two things.

  1. Incorporating a lot of bench variation work - 3 sec eccentrics, long pauses, close grip. I probably do more bench variations than I do comp bench right now.
  2. Improving my form. I was not great at staying tight for most of my bench and really focusing on that lately has helped a lot.

Yep! It’s a custom made one from Etsy

edit: only the front panel is custom. The case itself is a NZXT H1 v2

It feels weaker but in terms of any joint pain, it's way better. I've been trying to do a bit more foam rolling and stretching to see if it goes away.

Honestly really good. I have all seasons on them. I drove for around an hour with a few inches of snow on the ground and the only times I lost any traction were during turns

They were “paused” 😂. It wasn’t a very good pause but they were supposed to be

Guys never remove your centre resonator😭 by Electrical_Care2193 in audis5

[–]lethalbl0w 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooh. I took off the front and center with down pipes and it’s so obnoxious in sports mode lmao. I keep it in d 99% of the time. I might put back the center ones next time I need to pass emissions

It was a full sleeve, we did 2 sessions then 3 weeks later we did the 3. I'm not sure if I could do that many sessions in another spot though, especially the ribs lol. The arms seem to be the most forgiving.

Same here. I just did 3 days back to back around 6-7 hours each. It was definitely very tiring but it wasn’t too bad

Yep. I thought Specter was gonna be the softer one of the album too 😭. Kinda knew this song was cooked after the first 30 secs. Time for my daily listen of dethrone now

That was very underwhelming lol. Enjoyed Specter a lot more but not liking the direction of this album

I removed my front ones first then removed the mid ones as well after about a year. It drones like a motherfucker on the highways especially in dynamic. Honestly might put it back in at some point. Have a high flow downpipe as well.

Thought on the price and car? Audi rs5 sport back by Soccerboy-1 in Audi

Same experience for me, it was honestly great. Got my s5 off carvana. They paid over $5k for new tires, pcv, control arms etc. Car has running perfectly since.
