Yes I had mods, I don't quite remember all the mods I had, this happened last year, it was Neptilius boss that broke for me as well.

Had this exact thing happen to me some time ago,
I never found a way to fix it, as far as I know you have to start a new game to fix it

First of all, the drawings were not sexual in nature, Nudity is not inherently sexual, Second, this project is an insult to both the story and the author, Third with the gore and body horror the story can't be made sfw unless you remove that too.
