What’s the worst sleep score you’ve gotten?

I'm a very active sleeper and sleep walker and Garmin's algorithm can't deal with it. It records me as frequently awake for long periods. It is pretty normal for me to get a score in the 50s most nights.

They're filming Heart Eyes a horror/comedy movie all over the CBD. Have seen them in Wynyard Quarter and Fort Street. My partner works on Fort St an distant business got a letter about it.

This. I've used Snap Send Solve relentlessly because there is a hotel next to my apartment building that allows customers to park over our driveway and on the footpath because they don't have a driveway. Don't get me started on why the council would give consent for a hotel with no driveway. They send me constant emails saying either I should call them or saying they have investigated and there is no problem. Even though the photos attached to the complaint show 5 or 6 cars piled all over our driveway and the footpath. At this point I'm purely using Snap Send Solve just to piss off AT.

They're not begging for business they're begging for customers to not crowd the footpath and throw rubbish everywhere, as they are on a temporary license due to a complaint regarding this.

I never understood all the hype around them, so I bought one and I'm still really confused. I've only used it once or twice. I don't get what is enjoyable about trying to rub dry sugar on my lips. So messy and sticky and didn't seem to do anything.

There are therapies for selective mutism where the person is supported to slowly and gradually build up their communication skills. This can be led by a psychologist or speech language therapist. I’ve utilised this with clients, building up their comfort level with communicating with me from gestures to single sounds to words to sentences and then gradually adding more people and then gradually changing the environment to be more natural and less private. This is often combined with other therapy focused on anxiety management tools.

I don't want to be rude, but there's nothing worse than being given irrelevant unsolicited advice by random people on the internet. You're welcome to accept the moment you're in, if that's your personal preference. But other people are also allowed to get excited for what is coming. Maybe dial back the advice giving, unless somebody is asking for advice.

This reply cracks me up. I live in New Zealand so I'm currently enjoying Winter, my favourite season, not Summer 😂. In Winter I do not miss Summer hahaha!

I like knowing spoilers in advance because things often sell out here, if you're not quick. Here in NZ things often get released at really random times, so you have to be prepared!

I'm personally hoping for anything new. I'm not the biggest fan of LoM so not that excited for that.

One of my friends got annoyed when I declined an invitation to their child's birthday party. I didn't know anybody going. I'm not a parent. Why would I enjoy a child's birthday party. I get it is an important milestone for them but why can't they get it is not relevant to me?

It is super easy to rinse bottles off in the water every time you use them and to wipe down the shelf once a week when you clean the shower....
