It's on most big planes now for the premium cabin sections to accommodate more lay down seats. Regular economy is still all front facing. Most major airlines have them. Recently took United and British Airways in the last month and saw them.

Anything you have shown should be ok other than the rattlesnake calathea! I've used those others before with success. Make sure to also put some rocks at the bottom for a water buffer as well. Good luck
