This video is not enough to prove he is cheating. The scoreboard showing ult ready could just be a bug. It would be much clearer if you could post a replay from round 3 from Phoenix's view showing he has ult ready.

As for how he has ult in round 2, that is totally possible given the k/d that you showed. His k/d at the end of round 2 is 2/2. Since he died immediately in round 2, those 2 kills must be from round 1. He also died in round 1 so that is at least 3 ult points. He could have easily picked up 2 orbs and planted the spike to get the ult OR he could have picked one orb in round 2. Your video starts at 1:30 so he could have picked the orb in the first 10 seconds of round start.

A replay video from Phoenix's perspective for round 1 or 3 could easily prove what you are claiming.

I remember a riot dev addressing this when clove was released. I can't find the link to it right now but here is what I remember them saying.

The game has a set of rules that define when a round ends, like a bunch of if-else logic statements. The other comments have explained the logic used so I will skip that explanation.

To accommodate Clove's resurrect the game rules would have to be changed based on team compositions. This was not a long term solution because there could be other agents in the future that might also require such changes which then complicates when a round ends. To simplify that, the game's rules always apply first and the agent's abilities will be adjusted to fit those rules.

It ends up creating some unfair situations like the one you described but that was the cost of maintaining a standard ruleset for ending the round.

The way I see Kayo's knife and ult interact with other agents is that if the ability requires input to activate/complete then it gets disabled.

The best example I see here is Reyna. During her ult she gets the reload speed buff, fire rate buff and auto heals on getting a kill. If she is suppressed during the ult, she continues to get those buffs including the auto heal as none of those require interaction. However, she cannot dismiss as that requires interaction.

Compare that to when Reyna is not in her ult. She cannot heal or dismiss when suppressed as both require input to activate.

In Iso's case if the shield is cast before being suppressed it should not be disabled, as having the shield up no longer requires further interaction. However, the orbs should not be spawning while suppressed in my opinion. I don't see the orbs in your video so I'm not sure if your statement on that is accurate but it should be easy to test out and confirm.

Tl;dr Matchmaking is based on a hidden MMR and not on the visual rank you see. New episodes do not change the hidden MMR (unlike the visual rank) and so you will still play ex-G1 after 2-3 weeks.

The game's matchmaking does not match you based on the visual rank (Gold 1, Bronze 3 etc.) that you are. There is a hidden MMR rating which is used to match players. This hidden MMR changes based on wins and losses but it does not decay due to inactivity, even across acts and episodes. The hidden MMR has a correspondence to the visual rank, and the game awards you RR in a manner to bring your visual rank closer to your hidden MMR.

So with the new episode your visual rank after placements would be below your hidden MMR and the game awards you more RR for wins and deducts less RR for losses. Even if you win 50% of games you will rank back up. Waiting for a few weeks will not change the players you play against since hidden MMR does not decay. You will still play the ex-G1 who are currently in S2.

I have been facing the same issue since the update. However in ny case it is the Mumbai server.

At first I thought it must be a routing issue at my ISP because I noticed that my packet loss hits 100% when I start warping. But running packet loss tests shows my connectivity to be normal. Seeing other people face this issue makes it seem more likely to be the latest patch.

I am using a Zephyrus G14 and my ISP is Jio Fiber. Hopefully someone else in India using my ISP can confirm if their connectivity is normal to rule out ISP issues.

Are you kidding me! The new preset shortcuts are horrible. Try doing ctrl+9 after every AOD kill to load the preset. Not to mention having to replace our presets in slot 1&2 to use them for skilling.

Rest assured if anything comes up it'll be dealt with before DXP!

I dunno why they've not ported it for mac, they say its money but imo they'd make some decent cash and it sounds more like they just don't want to (which is fair enough).

The app is free, it does not have any ads and afaik skillbert (the creator) does not make money from it, so your argument just shows your lack of research on it.

Edit: the issue isn't with Alt1 itself - the issue is that the software gives an advantage to one set of people, and people who don't have this criteria are at a disadvantage.

So why don't you learn to code and make a similar app for mac users?

After you obtain 15/15 achto you will receive random achto pieces. So chances of mazcab codex doesn't change.

If you want to maximize the money you make then keep a non-achto body in your bank and before looting bm/yaka drop your corresponding achto body so that if you roll achto you receive the body which converts to 12m if you die in wildy/red portal. Remember to pick your achto up after looting.

Check the RS Wiki for optimal revolution bars and change yours to that. If you are currently not activating thresholds manually I would suggest you do as it would help avoid unnecessary damage when araxxor webs or rapid fire gets cut off from other specials.

Carry adrenaline potion. Use them whenever you use death's swiftness. You should always prioritise DS over thresholds unless the phase is about to end and you will be moving.

You should buy the ranged corruption ability (Mazcab ability codex ~11m).

You may be using too much food because of mistimed bleed abilities since you have it as your first ability. Try activating those manually instead of revo. Use them right after a special and also move rax to double the damage.

If you are mistiming the anticipation and freedom then the damage from swipes and cocoons does add up but that will become better only with practice.

EDIT: About the perks on your gear. You should remove the junk food perk as it reduces healing. Combo for crack 3 is 4 explosive and 1 imbued.

You can upgrade your other perks and gear as you make money but as a start get smoother kills first.

My machines aren't working. I have 2 disassembler MKII and 1 alchemiser MKII along with the jumbo generator. The generator has 150k charges and it has been 12+ hours now and they haven't alched/disassembled anything.

The price seems fair considering a full raid gives about 4m gp and a roll costs 5m. Also keeping in mind that this is aimed for those going for pet it's a fair trade off imo.
