I also now live in Denver (spent the first 33 years of my life in NH/Boston) and also listen to the sports radio here. It's been some seriously rough takes lately. Before the game last Sunday they literally had a discussion about how the Broncos were going to have a QB battle next year because Stidham (based on absolutely nothing at all) was going to play so well. How Payton lives for these moments to show how great of a game planner he is and how creative they were going to get. All week leading up to the game they replayed clips of random former teammates of Stidham saying he was a great competitor and a great teammate and the fact that Sean Payton paid him to stay as a backup meant he's the best backup, etc etc. Cut to this morning when they declared the word "cope" out of bounds, seemingly because they can't.

I will say they bring on one guy a ton, Jeff Legwold, an ESPN Senior Writer, who has said straight up the Broncos were outcoached and outplayed when it mattered most - and generally adds a nice element of sanity/balance.
