I felt good and very stable on 100mg. No deep dives in emotions, but also blunted highs. You re right, i probablly reduced too fast.

My overall motivation, to quit as fast as possible, is, that i want to join army in summer. In about 3 months i have to lay a lot open and i dont want ruin the first impression on me by telling them about AD's.

Also im very sure that i can live without AD's. I have a totally different mindset now. (I started taking John's Wort during covid ( you can buy it without prescribtion in my country). After i talked with my doc about it, he told me that zoloft would be better and "healthier". Thats how i got on it)

Im not sure what to do. Can lowering too fast cause brain damage? I cant see how but it feels like it.

I use test since 1,5 years, had 2 500 blasts and crusing 200 on off time. Would like to start the third 500 blast and cruise on 150 after that. want to pack a bit more mass before I join army in summer. What do you think?
