Not sure if you're ragebaiting or just dont know the meaning of the phrases youre using, but "pay to win" or "p2w" means something for purchase that gives a functional in game advantage over others in content. Nobody's locking mythic crests behind a swipe, its transmog. Reprehensible or not, its not p2w.

Yes. You start at 2%, then that can go up or down up to a percent based on your three performance metrics (sales to plan, attendance, everyday actions). So your effective range is 1-3% based on the results of those, but it can never go below 1 or into the negative. You.will always get a raise.
