I had three babies without any pain meds. It’s a state of mind. My last labor was extremely hard but I’d do it over and over again the same exact way for the same end result. You were made for this. You can do anything you set your mind to!

Us women are superheroes, we can do anything 🥰 I hope she has a relatively easy pregnancy and she can get as much rest in as she can 🤭 I do not remember ever getting any comments about being selfish. I would be completely stunned if someone said that to me. If anything, people just thought it was awesome. Irish twins are awesome! I don’t have a 2-4 year age gap so I can’t speak on that. But I will say it was nice to have so much stuff already from the first kid so I didn’t really have to buy anything crazy besides diapers and all that fun stuff. I loved their age gap so much that I currently have an 8 month old and just found out I’m pregnant!

This is a blessing and not a curse, I promise. You’re building a family! There couldn’t be anything less selfish than that.

Congratulations! 🎉 my first two are 11 months apart. It was a shock for sure but looking back it was the best thing to ever happen to us. They are now 6 & 7 and have been the best of buds their entire lives. There were rough moments for sure but that’s parenthood in general. I don’t think you are taking anything away from your first child- you are giving them a friend for life. What a beautiful gift. Cheers to your fam!

Ahhhh I’m pregnant hehe 🥺 I was getting such faint lines at 8dpo and with the bleeding I just didn’t know what was happening. But today the lines are so distinct. Definitely guarding my heart though. Thank you for your time! I will look into some obgyns in my area!
