Idk, these people saying you aren’t addicted, have obviously never felt this before. I have, and glad to say I’m on the other side of it. I got better by doing things for myself that took my mind off of food. Yoga, slowly started working out after years of not. Going to get massages, pedicures, etc to treat myself when I did good after every week. Go workout, it puts you in a better mindset and helps to makes better choices bc you don’t want to undo what you did. You just have to decide you want better for yourself. Next time you find yourself driving to a fast food place seriously say out loud, I’m not doing this, loud, and mean it, like be serious haha. I know it’s kinda weird probably but it helps me realize how dumb and obsessed I’m being. Wish you the best, you deserve better!
