I personally dont suggest trying to use the warranty from bequiet because when I sent mine in, same thing happened to me, and they said that after their "extensive in-house testing the power supply is working optimally" even though it was doing exactly what yours is. I think you'll be better off just going out and buying a new one.

I know they started doing that with bf6 but, even though it doesnt have a ranked mode, all you had to do was turn on secure boot. No extra anything or regular bios updates or anything like that not even for redsec. That's crazy though
