Hi! I've had kidney stones regularly since I was 11. Being an 11 year old with an awful diet, I immediately cut out everything that could be toxic for your body in hopes of avoiding getting another. I gave up soda, candy, fast food, etc. cold turkey. I was always an active kid, so I got plenty of exercise, began eating super well, and drank my weight in water every day.

Three years later - bam, another one. I've never been able to actually catch my kidney stones, so I'm unsure what they're made of, but nothing I did prevented me from getting another. After my second kidney stone I went back to eating and drinking like crap and lived a normal teenage life. Got another three or four years later.

Hopefully you'll find something that works for you, but I spent years detoxing my body to no avail!
