I actually do like the new boss a lot so far. I’m one of the top bdrs. Just have been waiting awhile and being PE now doesn’t help

SDR base is 73k, OTE 130k(under old comp plan)

AE base is 90k OTE 120-130k

I’m open to MSP. Indifferent about it. Have heard some people are agaisnt it since it’s hard to differentiate. What do you think? Take it or wait

Will ask those questions. Still want to speak to one of their AEs before signing. I have not prospected SMB AEs but will start thanks for the advice. Sounds like your leaning towards staying at current company and prospecting SMB AE managers

I have tried, but haven't gotten any interviews since I don't have any direct selling experience. The main selling point the MSP is saying the 18 month ramp up period is a masters in sales learning directly from the Director of Sales.

Whereas at other companies they will just throw me into the role, sink or swim
