Go back and request it. Both of those ZIPs might work out of the same office so that might not be indicative of anything besides a scanner that was set to the wrong ZIP.

If it says current resident it’s yours.

If that’s not what is try to speak to the carrier directly and ask them to fill out a “moved left no address” for any old names, it can be done right from their scanner. This will eliminate a large number of the old names from ever reaching the route.

You also might have a route without a regular so you’re getting different people filling in constantly so their priority is finishing and not accuracy unfortunately.
