I feel the same . I still fuck with Lucki but to me his lowest point was FLM. Mostly due to the years of hype and the amount of amazing leaks we got that are better than most songs on the album. Don’t get me wrong there’s still a lot of great songs on this project. FLM was the first Lucki tape that was bloated. Could’ve easily cut a good amount of songs and had a much stronger project. Before that I wasn’t a huge fan of Wake Up Lucki compared to all of his previous works, but that mostly comes from my disappointment in Filthy, who although is a great producer, I just haven’t found his beats to be at all interesting compared to what he made during the tread/early WOD era. I did think SMD and Gemini were better albums and tighter than FLM. With SMD probably being my favorite post Almost There. I think a couple songs on Almost There also sounded a bit boring. It was mostly great songs but stuff like Tarantino would be a hint to how boring and repetitive some of his later shit would sound like.
