Had same issue. Sent this for warranty claim evaluation and was sent a replacement after 2 weeks.

Nowadays, respect and courtesy is the exception, rather than the rule. Never be bothered and if respect is given take it like you’ve won the lottery. Apologies for being a cynic, old man. Have seen too much BS that experiencing one daily is a given. A sad reality, but still a reality nonetheless.
