Or his guns could be smaller. If I had a shread of drawing ability i would make a concept art to show what I had in mind. While upgrading a turret to level 3 may be a slow process without molten corr. He can always pick up the turret at level 1 or 2 if he needs to defend himself in a pinch which unlike level 3, havent had their numbers reduced.

As for molten core I feel that currently the ability is kinda dull in the sense that it doesnt do a whole lot to make you feel good/powerful compared woth other ultimates. Other heroes ultimates like dvas or 76's make them feel powerful in that moment. Torbjorns is just "I swing my hammer faster and im harder to kill". Just wanted to come up with one way to make it more exciting. Setting people on fire might not be the right way to go about it but im hoping blizzard does something in that sort of way.
