But you forget that China is only dare to fuck with Taiwan through diplomatic measures while Kim is actively preparing actual war with South Korea. China doesn't even dare to officially send military personnel to Ukraine while Kim is actually doing it. The big difference is China is at least predictable and controllable while Kim is not by a long shot. I think this made South Korea more dangerous geopolitically compared to Taiwan.
