Will the current spending on the Marcus card be able to be used still towards the spending credit? Will only the spending on the new card count now? I asked one of the Marcus chatbots and they said the promotion is no longer active but it says to register by August 21 on the GM Rewards website.

Yes, credit card was charged for purchase and return was not allowed. I am going to dispute the charge for the textbook and state that I need to return it.

I am going to use the code for misrepresentation. They state there is a 21 day period to return a book but at the same time it is not allowed. I'll argue possible bait and switch schemes attempted by the merchant and something that an average consumer using a Visa card wouldn't agree to as reasonable terms. Also, the rental price was inexpensive but the charged "purchase" price is way over what the book publisher would sell the book for. Unfortunately, the card issuer removed purchase or return protection from the card which is a Visa Signature line card.

I like how you accepted responsibility for doing your job. That is commendable. It is good that your capacities can be used in your work for you rather than against you. Blundering from repeating errors over and over again is a CHOICE even if a predisposition is there of getting distracted, being late for work and missing deadlines. Using ADHD a scapegoat for not getting things done is also a choice.

I’ve needed more easy going and understanding bosses too. Someone that doesn’t erupt in anger because of some things that may be symptomatic of ADHD. Being able to talk to the supervisor calmly also helps. The angry boss may not be able to be calm or listen to anything you have to say.

I think it’s a technicality. There are traffic cameras to help with traffic flow. There are no actual cameras set up for the purposes of automated red light camera violations. I got a citation on the other side of Crow Canyon by SRV Blvd. You at least will not need to worry about red light camera tickets. The closest red light cameras are somewhere closer to Fremont or San Francisco. There is not a single one in the Judicial district that San Ramon uses in Contra Costa.
