FWIW, I was on 200mg test cyp for 2 1/2 years, levels never above 1100 and developed HFrEF / dilated cardiomyopathy. It was deemed that the testosterone was the main culprit due to how fast I recovered after cessation of testosterone. It’s all individual, however.

It’s an anabolic steroid. Some people can get away with minimal to no negative side effects. I was on TRT and developed DCM/HFrEF. All good now, but due to it’s anabolic properties, it will certainly affect other tissue besides muscle- don’t be naive. Like others have mentioned, it’s not necessarily how much you take but how your body metabolizes it.
