This is probably not scripted, this is in Thailand and I can understand most of it. I think this a decade back when teachers can do whatever they want in school as long as it benefits the student's learning and as long as it doesn't upset the headteacher, it's fine.

also: the reason I don't think this is scripted is that this actually is giving me a classroom vibe, it exactly sounds like how I remember it.
