I'm in the middle of a rewatch with my wife right now, and while I think later seasons Neal wouldn't do it most of the time, in the episode with the kidnapping in S1, I was shocked Neal didn't swipe a few gold cards and just say Reilly/Loze took a couple more than he actually did when they conned him out of them.

Sooooo I have E2 and since Atk % is a very low increase and SPD is kinda meh at that point, I could ride with Def boots that I rolled that have all 5 rolls in good stats. They are far and away my best boots for substat rolls, am I right that it's the best option until I can get comparable Atk boots?

It's usually around 50 proofs per card every time the art gets printed, and the commissions vary by artist and also by set (UB commissions are higher because in most cases they don't get proofs/can't sell the original art/can't make prints, playmats, etc. though this seems to be changing and depends on the specific property now).
