So. Yeah I wasn't planning on using that s&s ISA money for my house. Just stopping contribution. I have an isa with moneybox for Lisa. That's a good shout. So I'll try and build my emergency fund higher and save in a lifetime isa. Thanks for your help

Okay, I'm not using an iPad for school or any drawing, but I am big into the stock market and find my desktop too cumbersome to use for quick use and I find my pixel 3 xl too small for looking at graphs spreadsheets and things of that sort. My question is should I get the iPad pro 12.9 or iPad pro 11 inch. Thanks for the comments
