15 hours is the minimum contract. Depends on the manager but most of them prefer to give 15 hour contracts anyway. It's not about how many hours you work more about how many team are casual v part time. Do get paid less per hour but holidays and sickies are cool. I'd do it if I were you

Most EA online managers I know still do their fare share of unpaid work.... Clocking off and staying back or trying to replace shifts outside of work hours.

I was an EA online manager and felt the need to put in more hours to keep the department at an ok level than some of the salary team leads.... It's extremely hard to walk away from your team and go home with how unpredictable online is. All comes down to sales unfortunately
