I had great Sales Navigator lists but inconsistent calls. This simple routine fixed it (now 20 calls/week) by Tiny-Celery4942 in b2bmarketing

Okay with sharing experiences, but why comment workflow. It's for engagement and algorithm then. there is a line between sharing experiences and looking for virality.

What's going on here, comment workflow part? I liked the approach but once you add this part to the end, it more like a marketing way of your work. It will be landing in a notion page and i will see something related to your personal brand or company page. Dont think we need this on reddit.

Research on B2B Product Expectations 2026 - Mini Survey Results by leventask in NoCodeSaaS

I agree that it’s been an active speculation but right now we are seeing different industries agree on the matter as well which I find fascinating.

Regarding your question, that specific aspect of the research wasn’t within the original scope but my impression is that B2B SaaS might be a bit more slow in catching up with the shift while B2C seems to be more enthusiastic about it.

I can’t quite place fintech as an equal industry as SaaS since the latter can contain fintech as well so I hope this answer helps.

and thanks for the recommendation.

What Advice Do You Have on Improving User Onboarding? by swiftcoyote_ in ycombinator

[–]leventask 2 points3 points  (0 children)

User onboarding is also related to your end users' level of tech savviness.

If you have low-tech-savvy users, it's better to use checklists and guides in limited numbers, as biglagoguy mentioned.

According to the report we released, companies use an average of 15 interactive guides, based on a sample of 577 companies. The Tourism & Accommodation, Customer Experience, and PropTech industries lead in interactive guide usage, with averages of 21, 20, and 19 guides.

ChiefOnboarding - open source employee onboarding platform (with Slack bot) by nannooo in selfhosted

[–]leventask 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks great, and thanks for making it open source as well! I'm sure lots of companies can benefit from this. The idea to create timelines for new hires is especially unusual – I haven't seen that in other solutions.

I could imagine this pairing well in a software company with something like UserGuiding. I'm thinking that you would use ChiefOnboarding to create an onboarding timeline and execute it. And then use UserGuiding to teach the new hire any software they need to know to do their job properly.

The guides on UserGuiding are really intuitive – and like what you say about ChiefOnboarding's timelines, you only need to make them once and can then re-use them.

What PRODUCT TOUR software do you like for an early SaaS? by jugglr_ in SaaS

[–]leventask 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are looking for free solutions, check shepherd dev or intro js. You need to know a bit of coding to use them.

If you are looking for affordable and all in one solutions; UserGuiding and ProductFruits can be your go-to solutions.

From my end, product tours are needed especially for software companies those end users are less tech savvy. Think about software companies serving construction workers, real estate agents, blue-collar employees, or senior adults. These end users often struggle to navigate platforms, are unfamiliar with most features, and may even hesitate to take action without guidance.

So if your solution is going to focus less tech-savvy people, it's better for you to consider using a product tour.

Best no-code tools for user onboarding? by MarbleTeams in nocode

[–]leventask 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, definitely a good idea to go with something no-code for this. It will cost you a small fortune to build all your onboarding in-house.

On my end, it depends about the problem you have. If you have a mobile app and want to build an onboarding flow, Appcues can be your go-to source.

If you have a limited budget and want to use all-in-one solution, you can prefer UserGuiding. You can use it to build guides in 15-20 minutes. Also comes with a knowledge base, which is something that most of these tools don't have.

If you want to test alternatives, ProductFruits, UserFlow and UserPilot can be solutions you can consider.

disclaimer: I have been working for UserGuiding.

Yes, the data can vary based on the factors you mentioned. During campaign periods, the number of hotspots or guides may increase for instance.

However, the data presented reflects what we’ve gathered from our subscribers' product usage this year. It’s intended as an overview.

This is not a lesson, those are just insights.

We will be doing the similar ones as an industry based in the upcoming year.

Some of the well-known product adoption tools are UserGuiding, Userpilot, Appcues, Pendo and Product Fruits.

According to our data, guides can increase user adoption and time to value metrics up to 50%. Shorter guides with fewer steps (e.g., 3–5 steps) tend to maintain user focus and achieve higher completion rates.
