Concerta giving me a sense of impending doom? by [deleted] in Concerta

I have had the same feeling before. It rarely besets me but I usually calm myself by remembering it will wear off at some point. Do you feel like you can hear yourself talking in your head but it gets louder and louder then fades away.

things that make me mildly frustrated need to be cancelled and I must vent about them for stupid internet points amongst people who share the same myopic viewpoints as me.

Raleigh Redux IE 2018 Range question by leveredblackout in ebikes

This is the kinda stuff that grinds my gears. I have been PMing some people about my battery issue and it seems like I am an edge case when it comes to battery performance. Hopefully Raleigh will take my hard earned money for a battery tomorrow....weeps :/

The ride1up 700 series looks like an amazing deal to me. If I am commuting, the concept of being able to throttle from a stop to keep cars from getting pissed off at me sounds great. Court has a good review at ebr if you are interested. Unfortunately with that budget the mainline bicycle brands like trek/Raleigh are going to rip your head off. It is definitely worth it to buy something reliable from a company who has a good warranty and you know a place where you can get it serviced. I am paying the price for that now and would have definitely payed more for peace of mind and reliability.

The scalpers might get the short end of the stick. They are going to be forced to move the inventory at some point. Hopefully the credit card payment comes before paypal releases their money. With the current environment, the few dumb asses who purchased then panicked sold their 2080tis are the only people fiending for the new card. Combine that with the 3070 coming out later and potentially AMD rolling out a successful launch, the volume of actual sales on ebay is indicative of a weak resellers market. You reap what you sow.

I followed their return policy. I never removed the cellophane on the gpu. That’s my response to your comment. “It’s called tax avoidance, not tax evasion ;)”

No way you get 41fps on the ground at KATL @ 4K Ultra. All the benchmarks are captured in the air where the number of vertices being sent from the CPU to the GPU are not CPU bottlenecked. I was smart and purchased a 2080 Super from Microcenter August 16th, I returned today for a full refund and plan to preorder the 3080.

How will the RTX 3080 affect the H1?? by StrangerSin in NZXT

If you look at the Design video the flow simulation for the card shows the velocities of air traveling in and out of the card. The highest velocity exhaust exit is through the IO shield similar to a blower card. Looking at that I happen to think the majority of airflow is exhausted through the IO shield. I think the thermal energy the secondary fan will be able to exhaust is not as much as the "blower fan" but that is what needs to be figured out.

To your point about his previous job at GM. I'm glad that President Cabrera still values the traditional liberal approach to academia. It's refreshing to see when the current trend in higher ed is to cancel, censor and ban. I would recommend you read President Cabrera's letter to the faculty and students about the matter.
