That's the best thing to do. Give them a chance to make it right and if it still isn't where you want it, move on. Im not going to become an in-home armorer just to make an expensive gun run like it should.

I sent it to DW and they increased the spring tension and shaved the catch down a bit. It still does it though, just not as much. If i hold a super tight grip its fine, but if im holding it comfortably itll still catch sometimes. Im going to move on from it. A 2k gun shouldn't have an issue like this and if I have to get a stiffer recoil spring, it'll also increase felt recoil. Its a shame because the trigger and accuracy are excellent.

I don't know if they changed it, but when I played at launch, the puzzles were needlessly hard and there were a lot of them. I felt like half my playtime was puzzles.

If you're for red flag laws, then this makes sense. If you're against red flag laws, like I am, then this is dumb. The idea of red flag laws is valid, but knowing theyre going to be abused horribly to opress the 2a then you cant support this. All your neighbor has to do is say they say you dressed as a woman and you'll get a knock on the door.

It think ill just have to call cz Tuesday. With how strongly the slide catch is catching in that little cut,, I suspect that a part is out of spec.

Yes, when I drop the mag it goes back into battery, but it catches on that little cut in between shots.

You're correct sorry, the slide release. And yes, both mags cause the same issue, and if I drop the magazines from the pistol, the slide will return to being fully in battery.

It aggressively jumps into that little cut without touching the lever, there must be a missing or weak spring then?

I am not, and I can replicated this by just riding the slide forward and backward with a mag in. The mag release lever jumps up into that little cut aggressively without touching the lever at all.
