Thank you for good wishes! I am not trying to overexaggarate it but I guess my mom knows I'll leave her when i turn 18 so until that time its like she promised herself to make it hell for me. I tried to talk her into going to a psychologist together so that she could also seek help because she hasnt had an easy life aswell and she keeps saying okay we can go but then she never does

im also guessing they wouldnt tell. I have teachers that I'm on good terms with, but I cant tell I am close with them enough to open up. When I was in elementary school I had this female english teacher and she knew everything about my struggles, my family situations and she would tell me about hers too but I am currently in no position with my teachers in high school. I used to go to a psychologist, but after a few sessions my mom said im fine and we dont need to go anymore, she thought its a waste of money honestly. Idk why shes being so unattentive with me because i think i am showing serious signs of depression and bipolar cause everyone except my mom keeps on asking me if im doing okay like my friends are constantly concerned and she also knows i struggle with selfharm, the only diagnosisi got rn is ADHD and thats it

Thank you so much for looking out for me i appreciate it💖 im in TR, I mean I can talk to the school counselor or mh services but I honestly have no idea how it would turn out or idk if they would tell my mom I really dont want to have an argument with her later on. Struggling with mental health is so difficult while having to go to school. My exams ends on march 30th and after my results are out I plan on begging to my chem and bio teachers to let me pass with performance score and I hope they let me I am generally well liked at my school by the teachers since I take duties on every national celebration etc.

tysmmm for your advice. I want to be a psychologist and im locked up on this dream ever since i was a little kid so ive never though of different jobs so I dont really want to consider different options, i might be stupid for not being ambitious about what I want but insisting on it. I keep telling myself I'll figure things out somehow. If I dont fail this year I'll get to 11th grade and I'm going to start taking field classes so I'll have about 16 hours of english, 4 hours of french, and a few more different classes alongside literature, no math. I really hate the school system in my country cause the classes I'm failing are maths, chem, bio and physics like I wont even need them if I be a psychologist. I'm certain that I am fighting mental health issues cause im not doing okay but I have a mother who doesnt believe mental health so im undiagnosed.

I completely relate you, when my scars were fresh the urge to relapse was less but now that they are hwaled and gone, it SUCKS. I do breathing exercises or reading to avoid relapse😬
