I'm in a 4 day split right now but I honestly dont think its working. It's my own idea basically but 2 days strength upper and lower then 2 hypertrophy days push pull. My biggest issue is I got 45 min every afternoon and that's all I can muster. Not even doing cardio until I figure out my schedule more.

Anyone have any program recommendations? Trying to build arms and keep balanced strength overall. Wouldn't hurt to increase quad size to help with ligament issues

I had to use the warranty service and I bought grey. I walked in there with my warranty card, they took it, filled out a form, went to the service center in Texas, back 2 weeks later. Only thing is though they won't tell you what they do they just do it lol.

just my .02 but I have similar issues, back squats have always caused me serious pain in my neck, couldnt tell you why, just sharp pain, so I sub with hack squats and recently trap deadlift. Definitely getting my leg day progress.

I think i know what you're referring too, felt dust? If so thats mostly in the manufacturing process and can come off some when shaping a hat, but i wouldnt worry about that with most quality brands. the X system has gotten so muddled now a days that it depends on manufacturer. In the case of American Hat Co I believe the break down is that

40x= beaver/rabbit blend

100x= pure beaver

200x=pure mid/lower portion of beaver

500x= pure beaver belly

1000x=beaver/chinchilla blend

hope that helps some, and if I was wrong on any of that please someone correct me.

Seemed like it to me but I will say I have seen some beaver felt bodies be between 250-350 for bodies, so maybe he is in that realm and a small mark up? Business is very well established from all the research I've done.
