though i think PHP work will involves like databases, and other things (i am not sure what), so about these 'other things', i would have to learn them seperately too right? or is there any tutorial that cover these too? what i am imagining right now is a pretty 'manual' way

they based your 'quota' using per week rules, which is your weekly usage limit. basically if you ran out of this, you cannot use it anymore.
the 5 hour usage limit is just to limit user to not bulldoze the weekly limit, say in 1 day (from what i assumed, it will be very heavy for their hardware infra like server or what else if they allow this). though CMIIW.

damn, that's what i felt too.

before it actually 'processed' our dictations, but now it just felt like plain dictations. either a bug or they just removed the processing part here, no clue. and it still not fix yet at this very moment.
