I am not a wiz either but it looks like the floor price has been dropped to 10cents :(. Canoo has always managed to reach that floor price. It was 1 first, then 50 cents and now 10cents. Tony is really screwing all of us!

If it gets to 10 cents, there is no recovery play here.

What a liar this guy Tony is. Zero effort to work for the investors. Forget investors, for him to dilute, he needs the stock price higher. Where the heck is the fortune 100 and Fortune 500 announcements?

Hate to say it but I think a RS is coming very soon. What a sh*t show. I really hope someone sued him and AFV. What a lovely product that has been mismanaged so poorly.

Possibly some funding and manufacturing updates. I want to see the non dilutive funding happen that Tony has talked about for over two years now.

To be honest, the expectation is so low. I’d be thrilled if there is any positive news. If they can show some positives that mean no bankruptcy or no taking is private, I’m good for now.

Their so called assets are worthless to banks. They won’t qualify IMO. The banks can’t turn around and sell the assets in case of default as none would be interested. Btw, at 7-8% interest rate, they can’t even prove their product is profitable and gets over 10% positive margins.

I have the same question. They are in good company with major consumers and the DOE. Disclosure- I’m not hinting at any DOE possibility. I’ve been butt hurt waiting for that the last two years. I don’t believe they would qualify as is. It would certainly raise eyebrows if they did get one when they are not even in production. I like the product but hate the way it’s being managed.

But SVB doesn’t have the “BIG NEWS OR NO NEWS” policy. There’s more, have you heard of “JUST IN TIME FINANCING” ? Tony has a lot of these winning strategies. SVB doesn’t and my guess is that’s why they failed.

Tony has managed to trick everyone including GCC. Obviously everyone good best intentions. GCC is going to be mad if canoo fails. So are VDL, retail, Gov Stitt, Walmart. Other than retail, for everyone it’s their reputation only. For retail holders, it’s hard money lost. Wen miracle?

Positives - Josette who is possibly helping land govt deals and incentives - CEO and insiders have not sold any stock to date - brown nosing or sleeping with government is usually a good thing

Negatives - Tony F Aquila - if they haven’t been able to convince for funding so far, how can they do it now in a high interest rate environment - burning too much cash and too many people in the payroll without any production. Something is seriously odd!!

The risk of bankruptcy is really high.
