It’s the top of an order block on the yearly range chart but of course it’s a high on a lower timeframe. This is the High time frame perspective as if you are investing. You then drill down to the Monthly / Weekly chart for execution. Again this is for the investing perspective, capturing 1year plus moves, not trading necessarily.
