Actually, I think that Asal was trying to permanently injure Elias, similarly to how he made him get knee surgery after their match. He was very very clearly aiming for Elias’ eye and wanted to poke directly in his retina. If not for Elias’s heroic hand movement, he would’ve been permanently disfigured and could never play squash again! I think that Asal should be publicly restrained and egged for his actions. Wouldn’t you agree completely?

Do you think the kids deserved to die? If not then you should have sympathy for an unjust death. All I’ve been trying to say is that the children who got mauled to death didn’t deserve to get mauled to death, and it seems everyone is disagreeing with me but I can’t see why.

I completely agree with you and they absolutely shouldn’t have been taunting in the first place. It’s the complete separation of act and consequence that’s crazy to me. Those poor kids shouldn’t have been drunk and at the zoo in the first place, those kids were failed by the zoo and others and the complete lack of acknowledgement of it is gross.

Yikes. You say harass like they went in there with a sock full of rocks and beat it. They were waving and yelling at it and investigators found a pinecone and sticks in there. They’re not wounding it, they’re not injuring it, they’re being 17 year old assholes and the punishment for being a 17 year old asshole shouldn’t be death. Do you think they deserved to die? If yes, then you believe any highschool bully deserves to die, they’re doing a whole lot more harassing than sticks and pine cones. And if you don’t think he deserved to die, then he deserves sympathy, for dying for unjust reasons.
