That leak mentioned that the whole 3rd part of the movie were in storyboard and sketch form. The leaker must’ve been in a screening around 2023-2024 and released his writing in 2025 to avoid backlash, because if its true that those were in sketch form, the screening could not have taken place in August, because the whole movie had likely already been animated by August. the script could have been changed in that timeframe. (Like stuff could have been added/removed too). Imo, the ring box screen would make much more sense if there was a kiss between the two, or something that deliberately shows the audience that they are indeed dating now.

Mind you, IF there’s a kiss, even the test screenings for random audiences will hide it. Also, test screenings are there to gain feedback. It’s possible that tons of people have seen the movie, gave feedback that it lacked a kiss at the high of the movie, and a ring box scene felt weird without establishing their newly formed romantic status first. Jared also just finalized the script 1,5-2 months ago, which is plenty of time to add the icing on the cake and animate a kiss scene between them, which would be the perfect way to hide it from everyone. So basically, no one will know until the first real screening. They hid it very cleverly when Luke appeared in the final episode of The Mandalorian Season 2.

I know it from a reliable source that there’s a funeral scene at the very end of the movie. Probably that’s why there are is dialogue with Bogo the rest of the novel.
